Was what I expected from this type of hotel. Nothing more nothin less.
The room had recently been refurbished and the smell of the carpets and sealant was very strong in the room. I even had a headache from it in the morning. Needed airing. Hair dryer was old and badly damaged. Had to call maintenance as the shataf hose burst. Had to call reception twice as the first time the man just put the phone down when I gave the wrong room number. Had to call the bellboy desk as the reception desk was engaged for about 20 minutes. Not sufficient dustbins in the lounge. The bathroom scale was broken.

The room was clean with comfortable beds and had a great view from the window. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers in the area. Plus, the hotel had a nice swimming pool where we spent most of our time.
The noise level was too high which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom didn't have enough toiletries.

We loved the hotel's location at the heart of the city, with restaurants and shops within easy reach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. In addition, parking was convenient and easy to find on the main road. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

i like kind stuff and clean rooms. services were good and uptodate.
light switches have dirty areas around them. they need to be cleaned from time to time becuase, if not cleaned well, a guest might say "a very old hotel and built at least two decades ago"

the location is perfect for coffee lovers, with a great coffee shop nearby. Plus, the Al Diwan restaurant serves top, notch food. It's also in close proximity to some good restaurants. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well, maintained. the service was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options. the gym and swimming pool were well, equipped, and the drinks were excellent.
Some of the TV channels were not very clear, which was a bit of a downside.
